In search of Pleasure, we are often seeking to enjoy ourselves in a situation apart from the clamor of our daily lives. The place we choose is very much a part of Outer Reality until we make it our safe space.
We may close a door, shoo out the kids, silence the phone, declare ourselves to be on retreat to any who would interrupt us — establishing the outer perimeters of our safe space.
A Witch might cast a Circle around herself and the space she requires and, in her Inner Reality, that Circle is a barrier — sacred within; mundane without.
A handy porch or lanai may require only that you affirm in yourself that this is your space to indulge in your pleasure for now
What is important is you affirming this time and place of refuge as set apart — in between — for your pleasure

Seems like I spend my days digging around my Inner Reality for the skills and knowledge I need to build
and roaming Belle’s End, talking with visitors, answering questions, asking questions, and finding pleasure in the conversation
So Belle’s End — as Under Construction as it is — is a refuge for my pleasure in what seems to be my new hobby. I’m RedBird in both cases — a dusty ol’ Boomer matron — talking from my heart and soul.
